INTELLIGENT LIFE
**About The Game**
I created a video game named Intelligent Life for the "Practice Jam #3 - Ranked Version" game jam. I poured all my focus into the game for 3.5 days and managed to produce something playable that I believe is fun. Even though I technically have 3 days left in the jam, I have to stop due to my schedule. I had grand plans for the jam and will keep working to finish this game once I have more time. I hope you have as much fun playing it as I did making it.
**Theme **
The jam's theme was "choose your path." To adhere to this theme, I opted to give players the choice of selecting a side. You have the option to either take on the role of the aliens, defending your planet against the human invaders, or step into the shoes of the humans seeking to conquer the planet for themselves.

This is a great retro style h-shmup. This reminds me of lots of time spent playing these sorts of games - great job! The movement is a little twitchy - too much movement, especially vertically, I crashed into the floor too many times to count! XD The art and sound are excellent, and I look forward to seeing more of this! Great entry and fantastic work!
